Double Guarantee: Total Satisfaction + Best Value

(Note: On all products EXCEPT on domain-names and of course one-time fees for courses, see further below for reason why!)

We want to make sure we are providing the best stuff at the best value, and that you're really satisfied with our systems and solutions.

Therefore, we provide our Double Guarantee on Best Value and Total Satisfaction:

If you have tried our products to live customers, and find the same product with equal amount of functionality or more elsewhere at a lower price, we will do our very best to be able to beat that price for your benefit for all future payments, and you will stay on this new price until you cancel the service!

If we can't, or, if you're not completely satisified with our products or service, you're free to leave at anytime and will get your last recurring payment back from within the last 30 days if you've already made a purchase, and you may stop the service instantly!

Total Satisfaction on Performance

If you use Otto Standard for lead-generation from your web-page and you have more than 300 visitors per month to a page, we guarantee you'll get more leads or we'll help you to manually set it up for you, all you have to do is ask us within 30 days to benefit from our total satisfaction guarantee so you can be sure to reap the benefits.

Why it doesn't apply to domain names

In the past, if anyone registered a domain name with Cnvert, we could reverse that registration and get most of our money back within 5 days, per ICANN. This was helpful in case of Fraud or mistakes in registration orders.

The ICANN policy has changed. Effective April 1st, 2009, we are no longer allowed to refund domain names.

If you have trademark issues or copyright violation, then you can request we unregister the offending domain name at any time; however, there is no refund for this.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why it doesn't apply to courses

We're confident that what we say works to the extent that we stand by our products should they for some reason NOT work for you, and you'd get your money back. In a course, we will teach you how to do it yourself, but we have no means of making you do it (and you wouldn't like if we had a way neither, right?!), and therefore we can't give the money back for just a course generally speaking, but do talk to us about what you may not like, and we can likely make you a very good deal about it!
