How to segment groups of customers? Print

  • 3

Our notion of a "sequence" could also be called both a "list" or a "segment" if you just talk about the subscribers in it.

We decided to call it a "Sequence" since we also thought it would better encompass also the EVENTS that would happen in a sequence.

Considering you likely want different events to happen to different segments, we think you can look at a sequence as a group or a segment just as you wish.
